For the record, yours is the third or fourth eBay sniper service that I've used. Bidnapper has proved the most reliable, trouble free, and easiest to use of the lot. It has also been the most cost effective one that I have found, and I did quite a bit of research before commiting. Oh yeah, and the new highlighting scheme is pretty cool too.

I will definitely be re-subscribing. You guys have created one terrific product! I've been heartily recommending Bidnapper to anyone I know who isn't likely to be bidding against me! ;-) Seriously, yours is some of the best designed software I've ever used (and I design software for a living, so I believe I'm entitled to an expert opinion) and I can't say enough good things about it. My only "complaint" might be that using your product can be awfully expensive. I thought I'd save money by winning auctions at lower prices with Bidnapper. What I didn't anticipate was the added expense of winning many MORE auctions at those lower prices! In fact, I rarely lose an auction now that I'm using your bidding software, so I have to be a bit more careful about what I bid on!!! Keep up the good work...

Great Service! I've been using your bid sniping system for several months, very infrequently, and I just wanted to give you guys some praise. Whenever I really want to make sure I win an auction, I ALWAYS use Bidnapper, and I have NEVER LOST an auction using Bidnapper. This goes to show that services like this aren't for the professional eBayer, but anyone who wants to make sure they have the best chances of winning what they're bidding on. Every time I win an auction with Bidnapper, I go back to the Bid History to see when my bid was put in, and in most cases, Bidnapper puts in my first bid on the auction around 4 seconds or less before the auction ends, which gives normal bidders no chance to react, and most other Sniping Services as well. I tell everyone I know, if they want to make sure they win, use Bidnapper!

I was a member some time ago and have just returned after being away from eBay for a year. I think Bidnapper is supercalifragilistexpialidocious! I'm amazed time after time at the great deals you're scooping up for me. Oh, sure, I've lost quite a few auctions because others go crazy with high bids, but that's a plus for me, too, because I've already had a little talk with myself about how much I really want to pay for an item and then I can step back and let Bidnapper do the rest and not get caught up in auction fever. One of the best features of using Bidnapper is that I can change my mind about bidding right up until the end - and I do frequently change my mind as I continue to browse the auctions. And, of course, there's the convenience of not having to hover around the computer as an auction finishes.

Wow, you guys are the best thing since buttered toast! I went to sleep last night after setting a bid, and was happy to see I got the video at a very good price, the lowest I have seen yet! I thought of the poor guy I bid against sitting there trying to stay awake and see the item disappear. I have to admit that I was hesitant at first about using a sniper bidder like Bidnapper. But after last night, I am an advocate. Instead of being hunkered over the computer trying to submit last minute bids on listings that were closing one minute apart, I was out Christmas shopping with my girls. You guys are great! I formery used one of your big competitors to place my snipes. I got screwd by them constantly, even when I manually adjusted the lead time to 30 seconds or even a minute. Their "we are sorry" notices at the end of every lost auction was, "We didn't get your bid in on time". Unbelievable! I was ready to swear off eBay sniping services for good, when my friend in England said, "Trust me on this -- try Bidnapper". Long story short, you guys have never failed me. Hey, thanks! I guess I should actually learn how your eBay sniper service works. I just know you are great! One thing: I suggest you change your name. The term "nap" usually means to doze or be unaware of imminent danger or trouble. I think you intend it to mean grab or snatch a winning bid. How about something with the word "win" in it, such as "Winbidder", "Bidwinner,""The Winning Bid," "Win Bid," "Bid to Win," "More Winning Bids." Heck, I shouldn't be promoting you guys. As a secret, you are great. The bigger you get, the more bids I will lose. Anyhow, you help me win bids and you can use my name if you wish in your ads.
